Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum order value?
No minimum for retail orders. Wholesale pricing starts at ₹10,000 per order — see the wholesale page for the current slabs.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched the same or next working day. Metro cities usually receive in 2–4 days, rest of India in 4–7 working days. You get a tracking link by email and SMS.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is not charged at checkout. Once your order is packed we weigh the parcel, work out the courier cost to your pincode, and send you a payment link on WhatsApp. The parcel is dispatched as soon as that is paid.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, on selected pincodes. COD orders carry a small handling fee, shown at checkout before you pay.
What if my resin arrives leaked or broken?
Send us an unboxing video on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace the item or refund it.
Can I add items after placing an order?
Yes, as long as the order has not been dispatched. Message us right away and we will merge the two orders so you pay shipping only once.
Can you make custom moulds in bulk?
For some categories, depending on quantity. Send us the design and quantity on WhatsApp and we will confirm feasibility and lead time.
