These terms govern your use of craftersdream.in and any order you place with us. By placing an order you accept them.

1. About us

The store is operated by Crafters Dream, Shop No. 13, First Floor, Sanjeevni Complex, Behind Gandhi Market, Shop No. 13, First Floor, Sanjeevni Complex, Behind Gandhi Market, Modinagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Crafters Dream.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Craft materials are natural and batch-made, so slight variation in shade, size, finish and weight between batches is normal and is not a defect. Colours may also render differently on different screens.

3. Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order you have already paid for. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if the item is out of stock, the address is not serviceable, the pricing was wrong, or we suspect fraud.

5. Payment

Payment is taken through our gateway partners at checkout. Cash on Delivery is available on selected pincodes and may carry a handling fee. We do not store your card or banking credentials.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Our Shipping Policy forms part of these terms.

7. Returns

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Opened consumables cannot be returned.

8. Safe use of materials

Resin, hardener, alcohol ink, pigments and melted wax can be hazardous if handled incorrectly. Use them in a ventilated space, wear gloves and eye protection, follow the manufacturer's mixing ratios, and keep them away from children and pets. You are responsible for safe handling; we are not liable for injury or damage caused by misuse.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — photographs, product descriptions, logos and layout — belongs to Crafters Dream and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
