Track Order
Once your order is dispatched, we send a tracking link to your registered email address and phone number. Tracking normally goes live within 24 hours of dispatch.
Track from your account
If you placed the order while logged in, open your account and select the order to see its current status.
Track without an account
Use the tracking link in your dispatch email or SMS. If you cannot find it, WhatsApp us your order number at +91 87911 96931 and we will resend it.
Order status meanings
- Confirmed — payment received, order queued for packing
- Packed — your items are boxed and awaiting courier pickup
- Dispatched — the courier has collected the parcel and tracking is live
- Out for delivery — arriving today
- Delivered — please record your unboxing before opening sealed items
Tracking not updating?
Courier scans sometimes pause for a day, especially during festive weeks. If there has been no movement for more than 48 hours, message us and we will chase the courier on your behalf.
