No Returns, No Exchange and No Cancellations Policy

Crafters Dream does not provide with the option to refund or exchange the product once purchased. The exact size and color are mentioned to avoid the need to exchange the product, so check images and read description before purchasing.

In-transit damage

We cannot take the guarantee of in-transit breakage of glass products, MDF products and other fragile items.

If you receive the wrong product

If a wrong product has been delivered, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel with a 360° video taken while opening the package. Once verified by our team, the product will be replaced or refunded.
